Orbi iOS App / Amazon Login
After upgrading Orbi WiFi System App to 2.5.0.45, I can no longer use amazon login to register alexa for RBS40V to enable Alexa. I already had one RBS40V configured prior to adding the a new one ...
- Yes. I was able to figure out the issue. For me, I just removed the amazon app and reinstalled it. Then I was able to use the orbi app to register my RBS40v satellite speakers with Alexa.

When you say you deleted the amazon app - do you mean the Alexia App?
I called customer service and what finally did the trick was really simple. Just uninstall the amazon and Alexa apps from your phone. Then register your Orbi voice with the app. Instead of trying to sign into amazon through the app, the system logs you in through the website. Connected instantly. Then reinstall the Alexa and amazon apps.
Brilliant! I have been working on this for 3.5 hrs (including online with tech sport). We tried everything. Including resyncing the router and satellite, deleting Orbi and Alexa apps, etc. Your solution worked in 5 minutes! THANK YOU!!!
