The issue is no longer happening for me. Not sure what happened, but I tried the app again tonight and the device list is now showing. Hopefully it's working now for everyone.
I’m having the same issue. Just started today. Wonder if it’s issues with netgear’s remote access servers. I’ve seen a couple posts just today that this error is occurring
