    All:

    The issue is no longer happening for me.  Not sure what happened, but I tried the app again tonight and the device list is now showing.  Hopefully it's working now for everyone.

Mine started doing the same thing today, got this message:

“Sorry, your device list failed to load. Please try again later.”

    I'm having the same problem. I disconnected the Xbox from the WiFi yesterday, and now trying to get turn it back through the Orbi app today, it just comes up with an error. Will resetting the router fix this issue?

      Exact same. Rebooted, reset, reinstalled app. Nothing shows up.
