The issue is no longer happening for me. Not sure what happened, but I tried the app again tonight and the device list is now showing. Hopefully it's working now for everyone.

I'm having the same problem. I disconnected the Xbox from the WiFi yesterday, and now trying to get turn it back through the Orbi app today, it just comes up with an error. Will resetting the router fix this issue?

Exact same. Rebooted, reset, reinstalled app. Nothing shows up.

- p0lynucleicApr 10, 2023AspirantI found a work around. Instead of using the app use orbilogin.com put in your admin based username and password. Then you can gain access to the list and unblock or block devices again.

Yes I mentioned this in my original post. The router web page still shows devices. It's just the App that doesn't.
