All:
The issue is no longer happening for me. Not sure what happened, but I tried the app again tonight and the device list is now showing. Hopefully it's working now for everyone.

This is happening from both an iPad and iPhone.
If I go to the web page for the router, I can see the devices list. I recently updated the Orbi firmware, so that may be when this started. Anyone have a solution?
FYI, I've power cycled both the router and satellite, but this did not resolve the issue.

No solution yet. I was hoping someone from Netgear would respond.

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers and mobile devices.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.

Turn on computers and rest of mobile devices.- bofensteinApr 10, 2023Star
A full power cycle has been done of the Orbi Router and satellite.
The app was deleted and re-installed on both iPad and iPhone.
The web page for the router shows devices, so the router is working fine. It's just a problem with the iOS app.
