The issue is no longer happening for me. Not sure what happened, but I tried the app again tonight and the device list is now showing. Hopefully it's working now for everyone.

In the app I don't see a way to submit a bug/case. It shows that all support for my router is expired.
Is there another way to open a case regarding the app itself?

In the Apple App Store for the Orbi App, it says to email netgearteam@netgear.com with any issues, so that's what I'm going to do.
If I get any info related to this thread, I'll update the thread.

Or you can use the bug reporter as well in the Orbi app since this is related to the Orbi app.
Good Luck.- bofensteinApr 10, 2023Star
ok I just figured out that if I shake the app, the option to report a bug comes up. I'm not home right now, so I'll wait until I'm home so I can capture what's happening in the bug reporter tool.
