Orbi ios app not connecting to router after restoring iOS

Hello,

I have an Orbi RBR75x router setting up and working fine. The router setup was done through my Orbi app on ios. My phone was crashed during ios upgrade and force to restore from backup. Unfortunately the backup was done before Obri app installed on the phone. Hence the Obri app is not connected to router after reinstall from App store despite my phone is connecting to the router using wifi. Making things even worst is that name of the router has been changed (not default name) and I cannot pass the two security questions during password recovery procedure. Would like to ask how can I resolve this problem and making the Obri app on iphone regain control?
