Orbi LTE LBR20
My Orbi app shows that my Arlo base station is connect via ethernet but my arlo is not actually connected to the internet. Is this normal? Never had this happen before.
1. is your arlo hardwired into the router or a satellite?
2. Are you trying to get the arlo online? Just trying to figure out if you're having issues getting it online or just checking why it says ethernet connected.
The base station is hardwired to the router
My orbi app shows that the base in connect to the internet but it seems that a firewall or security is not letting the arlo unit actually communicate over the internet somehow.
