Orbi model 750
I just bought the Orbi model 750 with 2 satellites. Using the phone app everything works fine but when I click on details for the satellites, satellite 1 shows all the wireless devices connected. Sat...
If you log in through the browser and check each satellite, does it show the same? (use their ip addresses)
Also, how far apart is the router from the satellites? (minimum of 30ft is needed)
Its the devices themselves, that determine whether to connect to the router or to the satellite (and which one), based off their own roaming protocol. It might have been the one satellite booted up first and they all connected to that. And then didn't meet their own roaming protocol criteria to roam to the other satellite. You might wait a few days and see if any migrate to the other satellite or try rebooting the devices to see if which they connect to
