Orbi not connecting after reloading the app
My RBR50v2 is not connecting after reloading my app. When going into my Orbi App the wording was in Chinese so I removed and redownloaded the app. The app then did not recognize the Orbi. I then trie...
i am having same issue.
yesterday i was on app and paused a few devices. today app wont connect to router.
In the same boat. Today app wont connect and says no internet connectoin. I have deleted and reinstalled android app, not working.
- I did a reset of the Orbi router and reset everything as a née system and everything is working fine now. By reset I mean pushed the little button on back of router and started over. I used the same device name and password so I didn’t have to fix every WiFi device in the house
Glad you got it working.
You can always use same SSID name and PW after a reset and setup from scratch.
Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.

What Orbi model system do you have?
What FW version is loadedo on the Orbi system...would be more helpful.
