Orbi Not Found

Hi,

 

I have a problem while install the RBK753 mesh wi-fi through the Orbi app from my iphone, everything works fine until the app running through the steps and pop-up an error message:

 

Orbi Not Found
It looks like you might be connected to your old Wi-Fi gateway. In order to find and connect to your router you must first turn off or rename the Wi-Fi on your old gateway.

 

I have check the Orbi app setting at my iphone and confirm the Local Network is enabled. I've restarted both Virgin Media Hub 3 and the Orbi router couple of times and the issue still exist.

 

INFO: 

I'm usingVirgin Media Hub 3 as modem mode and connecting to the RBK753 router.

 

Did anyone have any idea?

    The iPhone was definitely connected to the Orbi WiFi when doing the setup?

    i.e. the WiFi credentials printed on the router label?

     

    We Old Timers are much more comfortable setting up router using a computer that is physically wired to one of the router LAN ports.  The app provides access to only the most basic features and we have to use the web interface to get to 'advanced' features.
