When I ask the router to find the latest FW, it says there is no update. Does my Router support it? Do you suggest me to update the FW manually which I am not very comfortable doing it.
Also, I am not able to add my product to the "Associated Product" section.

Hi,
While updating the FW, I get this error message when I upload the file.
This firmware file is incorrect! Please get the firmware file again and make sure it is the correct firmware for this product.
If I click on update button after selecting the satellites, it gives me below error.
It seems there is no way for me to update the FW manually. When I do the auto check, it says there no new FW to update.
Appreciate your help.

When updating firmware manually, did you:
- Download both the router and satellite files from the support web site?
- Unpack the zip file to extract the *.img file from the two packages?
When doing satellites manually, I prefer to connect directly to each satellite with the web browser and use the Firmware Update menu selection on the satellite home page. After the satellites are updated, then connect to the router and update it.
It is sort of annoying that the two parts of the screen are entirely separate. The router is at the top (above the line) and has one "Update" control and the satellites are below the line.

I am little confused with the page. The router has the place to upload the FW file. But I dont see any option to upload the Satellite FW file.
Also, how do I connect to the satellite directly? Does it have its own URL? Can you please share an example?
As you said, it is very annoying and confusing to update the FW manually.
