ORBI RBK753 iPhone APP fails to find router.

I have been running the Orbi RBK753 (Router + 2 satellites) for over 6 months now with occasional intermittent connectivity issues. Recently, when I opened the iPhone Orbi app, it failed to connect to the Orbi router. I had already restarted everything that was restartable multiple times (cable modem, Orbi modem, satellites, iPhone itself). Interestingly, my previously setup mesh network works very well, both primary and guest satellites broadcast and connect at full speed. My phone/computer is on the Orbi network (I named it Orbi), iPhone Local Access is granted. In fact, this has never been an issue and started all of a sudden, without any changes made at all. So, the ONLY thing that fails is the access to the Orbi router itself, while it does work 100%, I no longer have any ability to either use the app or ANY of the browsers on my MacBook. ALL of those methods worked for over 6 months until this morning I decided to check my Orbi app and it wouldn't connect to my Orbi router no matter what I do. NETGEAR refuses any help siting the lack of a subscription plan and I am not paying them to get the product I already paid for to work like it is supposed to, it is unreasonable. I have only owned this nightmare mesh network since November, 2021. Please, help me! I am about to unplug this mess and return it to Costco. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
