Orbi RBR10 Router not Supported by NETGEAR Orbi App

My NETGEAR Orbi RBR10 mesh network router is not supported by the NETGEAR Orbi app. I’m thinking the problem might be the firmware. I already restarted the router, reinstalled the iOS application, & factory reset the router. Help!

    I have seen no mention on the forum concerning the Orbi 'app' and the "10" series Orbi.

     

    After installing the Orbi app and connecting the device running the app (smartphone, tablet) to the Orbi WiFi network, the app appears not to be able to detect the Orbi router?

     

    If you connect to the Orbi web interface, does the Attached Devices web page show the router and the device running the app?
