Orbi RBR20 - Unable to Toggle "Internet Access" for devices

not sure why it matters. cause the app can access the Orbi devices.

In the past, users have observed the Apple and Android versions behaving differently. For example, the Oct 10 Android release trashed the ability to access the router through a LAN connection, which left every Android user who had not already enabled Anywhere Access unable to use the app for anything. Old codgers like myself who use the web access were simply amused. Customers who had paid for subscriptions to Armor or Parental controls were totally unable to use those features since they are available only through the app. Users with the Apple app were not affected at all.
One of the first steps I take when a problem is reported is to replicate the problem. I have Android devices, so it is not surprising that I cannot replicate this issue.
Is there anyway to login from the web ? Does the web dashboard have such capabilities ?
