Orbi RBR350 - We can't find your Orbi

Question

For some time now I'm unable to connect to my Orbi RBR350. It seems that the app can't find it, although Internet runs fine.

Tried restarting it once, unsuccessful, even if on the app it does have all the "last known history" - the app states "Unable to connect to router".

Trying to open the forum up, I did saw the notification that Netgear is addressing some issues, and on the status page it seems to show some performance issues on the Orbi servers, but both are old information. That notification is from May 2022 and the last known update on the Netgear status page is from the 9th of June.

It's 18th of July now.

Is this going to be solved? Are there any steps that I should take in order to solve this?
