Hi Kevin,
I am experiencing the same issue with the Orbi App after downloading iOS 18.4 onto an iPhone XR. However, I have the RBR50 with two satellites. I rebooted the router several times and also deleted and reinstalled the Orbi app on my iPhone several times. The app on the iPhone detects the Orbi system but, after login with my username and password, diverts to another login that requests admin credentials. When those are entered, a box pops up saying login has timed out. I even tried different browsers (Safari, DuckDuckGo and Firefox) when opening the app. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

My iPhone 15 and Orbi RBR50 behaved the same. Rebooting the router and re-installing the Orbi App did not help. Then, NG asked me to fill out a survey, which I did. Only to get this response.
