Orbi RBR40 iPhone App
Yesterday I upgraded my iPhone to 18.4 and I can no longer login to the Orbi app. Everything works fine and I can access my router config via my browser, on my Mac, but unable to access via my iPhon...

Which Orbi system did you just buy?
I have access to my 870 series just fine with both Android and Apple on newest versions of OS and Orbi app.
This is my iPhone 12 Pro Max iOS 18.4.1:
Orbi app version v2.44.0.29
And Android Pad on OS 14:
Orbi app version: v2.44.0.4515
Both working while connection with Anywhere Access.

That sucks, I set my old Orbi up using the web UI. I bought a new one over the weekend still sitting in the box. If they don’t have it resolved in a week I’m returning the new one and moving to something else. Going out of the country and need remote management.

My iOS app is 2.44.0. Looking at App Store it is the current for iPhone.
Also, I do have Private Relay turned off.
Lastly, the URL, https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi-App/Orbi-App-Timed-out-Issue/td-p/2452585, was as a result of my original post of this issue which dates prior to Kevin's post. There are many people that have this issue and, as I mentioned, NG did admit they have an issue. All I would like is some sort of expectation set when we will see the fix. I have been using my Orbi for years and haven't had any major issues but lack of access through the app is very frustrating and I have noticed it for almost a month now.

Private Relay is enabled on my phone. Private WiFi Address is disabled on my phone.
Something to help check this, perform a Network Settings reset on your devices. This only resets the network functions of the devices. Not a full factory reset. Something I ran in to on my phone a while back, not Orbi app related however the photos app would not print to any printer the phone was connected too, however other apps did. After long troubleshooting, I happened to try this network settings reset on the phone. Low and behold photos app began to print. No idea what was hosed up that cause this one app to not print to a printer. Something to try and see, may or may not help.
All this is in NGs hands and will need to be patient while they work on it and get something posted.

Private WiFi Address is disabled on my phone as well.
I have walked through many attempts to resolve with NG Tier 2. They indicated that this is a known problem and need to wait for the next release of Orbi App. Additionally, too many others have had the same issue after going to iOS 18.4 so there does seem to be a trend with upgrading on many devices.
I understand that this is in NG's hands but we need some feedback and expectations set when we will have a fix. I have had this problem for a month now.

Will need to wait then for the fix. NG doesn't give out when fixes are forth coming. They may not know as they work on this. So when it's fixed they will get it pushed out. Will need to keep an eye on the Apple and Android store for updates.
