Mine will also not connect after resetting the router. Using the latest app on iOS. Just keeps saying orbi not found.

The most typical issue wher iOS systems can't discover or communicate is because you are not connected to the Orni wireless, ir this the "famous" Local Network Access privilege (where in the world is a local network less secure than the wild Internet? Only under some tin hats in Cupertino Ca.....) does deny the Local Network Access.
Permitting you are connected to the Orbi Wireless (not to another router or extender or access point from a previous network).
Removing and re-installing the Orbi App (from the Apple App Store) should mitigate.
Double check Settings -> Privacy -> Local Network -> scroll to the Orbi App and ensure the Orbi App has the Local Network privilege turned on.
