Orbi RBR750 Pausing/Parental Controls absolutely doesn't work on Wifi Devices at all

I have an Orbi RBR750 Router mesh setup with two Satellites.

There isn't a single device on my Wifi Network that can be paused, at all. Not manually, not using Parental Controls, etc. It simply does not work. I am on iOS, and I have reinstalled the app, from scratch, more than once. (It's definitely the latest version). I have even torn down my entire setup and reinstalled everything from scratch, as if it's a new network. I've seen similar posts on this forum, with different model numbers, but no solutions. I don't want to pay for a service I can't use (Parental Controls), so any help is appreciated.

Latest Orbi Firmware, according to the Router: v4.6.3.7 if that helps.

Is there a workaround, or is this a matter of waiting for a fix (which seems to be months in the making?)
