App enabled.
Apple iphone 12.
App can connect "locally" but not via Anywhere Access.
Yes, I can connect via PC.
Connecting to ALIV / BTC ISP in the Bahamas.
Ok. Something NG needs to address then. Nothing else we can help with here in the forums as others are seeing this problem as well.
