I'm having the same problem with my rbr750. Uninstalled/installed the app. Hard reset my router. Still the same problem "something went wrong" tried 3 different devices. The same. I have android os.

I have android os.Is this the same problem in the sense that the app connects to the router when connected to the LAN, but then trying to move the slider to the right results in an error?
The app must be connected on the LAN for this option to be enabled. After it is enabled, then Anywhere Access means "anywhere" and if someone has stolen your phone and can open apps, then they can control your Orbi.

I'm having the same issue. I have turned the Private Wi-Fi Address off on my iPhone 14 but that still won't allow me to slide the button for Anywhere Access. I keep getting the error message.
