I'm having the same issue.  I have turned the Private Wi-Fi Address off on my iPhone 14 but that still won't allow me to slide the button for Anywhere Access.  I keep getting the error message.

There apparently has been no fix at all by Netgear. This feature basically is permanently broken. I won’t buy Netgear again.
