Orbi RBR750 Router - can't enable Anywhere Access with Orbi app

My Bad for not reading back through the conversation. I found the post from October 3. The situation then (today) remains:
- Android device is connected to the RBR750 system.
- Version of the Android app is v2.21.0.2590.
- Android app performs as expected on the local connection.
- Attempt to enable Anywhere Access fails with "something went wrong."
Yes, this is ridiculous.
No problem. Thank you for trying to help. It's just frustrating especially when you looking at expensive system.
