Why does my iPhone show up under “wired” connections in the Orbi app when it is actually linked only by WiFi? I tried to send a photo capture of the screen, but your website does not accept jpeg files.
The Orbi app also displays several other inaccurate information screens. As an example, it shows one of my satellites as wired and connected even through I have it unplugged; both Ethernet and power.
