Orbi satellites not showing up on Network Map within Orbi mobile app

Hello ronealwa, 

 

You may need to update the Orbi app. Please reinstall the Orbi app.

    I just deleted the Orbi mobil app from my iPhone 7Plus, re-installed it and then launched it again. In the network app, only the router (RBR50) shows up. The 2 satellites do not. They used to, but now they don't. When I login to the Orbi router from my PC, I can see that both satellites are connected to the router with a "Good" signal and several devices are connected to them. So the satellites are functioning well, the mobil app just does not show them graphically within the Network App function.

      I meant to say the "Network Map" function of the Orbi mobile app instead of "Network App"

        Thanks for giving that a try. May you provide me with the current firmware version you have installed on your router along with the current Orbi app version you have installed.
