Orbi satellites not showing up on Network Map
This just started happening to me. I noticed it when I repositioned the satellites (due to one of them blinking white then showing blue at night, it was very bright). Any idea what is going on? The satellites seemed to connect when I set them up, just don’t show on the app

Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.

Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.200.

I would power OFF the ISP modem for 1 minute. Factory reset the Orbi router and power it off. Power ON the ISP modem and let it sync. Then power ON the Orbi router and walk thru the setup wizard again using a wired PC and a web browser.
Press the back reset button for 15 seconds then release.

I have an RBR50 with three RBS50 Satellites which has been running well for years. My RBR50 and all three satellites are running firmware V2.7.4.24. I've recently upgraded my I-phone ORBI app to Version 2.31.0.195. The I-phone App does not show any connected satellites on the Network App or on the home page. It also does not show any Ethernet connected routers -- all it displays is the RBR50. However if I access my RBR50 Router via the web browser, I see all three routers connected via wired connections (Attached).
I've tried this from different I-phones or I-pads with the same result. Wondering if this is a bug with Orbi App 2.31.0.195 ??
Any ideas appreciated....this appears to be an Orbi app problem since the network is running well and the accessing the RBR50 through the browser shows all satellites and the devices connected to the satellites.

Absolutely. You can "shake the phone" and report the bug. (Not exactly Cardio, but perhaps stress relieving.)
The Orbi 'app' has experienced more than its share of growing pains over the years. Metaphors come to mind, such as "one step forward, two steps...." "The gang who couldn't ...."
If used for the very most basic functions, the 'app' is really convenient for customers who have no actual computer and must do everything with a tablet or smartphone.
