Orbi with Satellites works perfect, but I can't connect to the app on android

Question

My Orbi and Satellites all work perfect, but i cannot for the life of me connect to the Orbi app.&nbsp; It keeps saying issues connecting with Orbi - even though I am connected.&nbsp; Is this a common problem or has anyone had a way of resolving please?

What Android model do you have?&nbsp;
What Orbi model system do you have?&nbsp;

I'm using RBS20 (one main unit with two satellites)

The app on all my devices (Android and Apple) are saying "Issues connecting with ORBI36" when I try to discover my units. Its weird as I am fully connected
