Orbi won't show all devices and therefore can't unpause a device

RBR50v2 is my model number. No idea on firmware, connecting to app via Samsung S9. Using the Orbi app I paused wifi on my son's computer 2 hours ago. At that time I saw all 9 or 10 devices in the device list. 2 hours later I went to unpause his wifi. I saw his device listed but i was unable to unpause the device - the unpause button was grayed out. I closed the app and tried opening it again. it woulnd't work so I connected via "anywhere access". That didn't work well. I tried again via regular manner and it worked, but all of a sudden I saw only 3 devices listed (and my son's computer wasn't one of them). So now I can't unpause his wifi because it doesn't show.
