I've used tried to go on to my orbi app to check my upload speeds and the app seems to have updated. I can login in with my account first but then it asks me for and admin password. It says default is 'password' but thats not working. The link it gives me to reset doesn't recognise my security questions. i dont actually remember setting up any security questions in the first place. Any ideas as i cant access app now. Tried deleting and re-installing.

Have you tried a factory reset on your Orbi router and try logging in using the default credentials?
