I have a new Amazon Fire TV and my Orbi App shows that it is connected but I can not get past the Login with a Cat6 cable or on wifi.

 

I read that I may need to change either the MTU or a router setting.

 

I need help getting it connected

      I would recommend getting in contact with Amazon support to assist with getting your Amazon device set up.
