Paused device won’t resume
We have just brought a 3 way Orbi wifi system model number RBK23 - 100AUS
we set it up and then we tried pausing a device on the app, now the app will not allow the device to resume.
we have restarted the two devices and still no luck.
can someone help us out please

Hello Teamleigh,
On the device that you paused, may you forget the WiFi network and reconnect. You will need to enter the WiFi password again on the device.
Christian - drwisleyAspirantI had to reboot the Orbi. Forgetting the network didn’t work.
