Problem with Firmware Update on Orbi CBR-750 version 4.6.14.4
Since the new firmware update, the devices on the device list all come up as N/A. I’ve rebooted with no luck, I power cycled also with no luck. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Is this on the CBRs web page or in the Orbi app?
What browser are you using?
What mobile platform are you using?
What is the Orbi app version loaded?
Try a factory rest and setup from scratch with out loading any saved backup config from file. A complete pull of the power adapters for a period of time after the factory reset then walk thru the setup wizard and setup from scratch. Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.200.
I would power OFF the ISP modem for 1 minute. Factory reset the Orbi router and power it off. Power ON the ISP modem and let it sync. Then power ON the Orbi router and walk thru the setup wizard again using a wired PC and a web browser.
Press the back reset button for 15 seconds then release.

Use a wired PC and web browser for this. Be sure to clear all browser caches before entering the CBRs web page at 192.168.1.1

I am using the Orbi mobile app version 2.23.0.67.
Safari is the version with the newest iOS.
The iOS is 16.3
I’d really like to avoid doing a factory reset if at all possible. Please let me know if there’s anything else I can do.
Thanks

So this is on a phone or pad?
Does the display work with a wired or wireless PC using a web browser? Safari or MS Edge or FireFox on the CBRs web page?
