rb50 red dot on router in network map

Question

my orbi rb50 router shows a red dot in the network map. It says internet is offline however its working. So why does the network map show a red dot and say the internet is offline.

have the same issue - red dot for the router Orbi RBR50 in the network map but satellite is green&nbsp; also appears internet is working but it is not.&nbsp; Can not connect ps4 and some website say no wifi.&nbsp; using fios router.&nbsp; please help

I have the same issues. I reinstalled the app and also factory reset the Orbi and satellites

I turned off the transmit on my att router and I am having a much better experience ce with orbi. My network map still show red but the network is working great.
