I am trying to change my billing address on the netgear website and/or app and it will not allow me to change my billing address or add a payment method or anything else. I had a case open for this and netgear support never resolved it and basically closed the case without any resolution. I wish to buy something but I cannot as it will not allow me to update my billing address. Is it easier to just get a new account, rather than try to deal with netgear support, which in my experience is probably the worst in the industry?

I'd agree dealing with support can be tiresome.
Its kind of up to you what you'd prefer to do. Take the time with support or just start a new account with a different email.
That's more of a preference.
