I purchased on Orbi RBK 50 a couple of months ago it has been working fine. However, last night I could not log into the Orbi app on my mobile phone. It said I was in putting an incorrect password. I’ve not previously had to put in the password when using the app and I know I’ve been putting in the correct password it just won’t let me login to manage the Orbi. The Orbi itself is actually working fine. It’s just the logging into the app I’m having issues with. I have even deleted the Orbi app and reinstalled it on my phone but I get stuck in exactly the same position . Can anyone out there help?

This is probably a question to pose on the community forum devoted to the Orbi app. My observation is that most of the people who follow the "Orbi" forum use the web interface almost exclusively.

It's not that we don't want to help. We just have little experience to draw on.
You are aware that there are two administrative passwords for the Orbi:
- The web based interface (http://orbilogin.com) uses "admin" and a password that is set to "password" when the Orbi comes from the factory and users are encouraged to make more complicated.
- The Orbi "app" uses the Netgear login email and Netgear login password. (My Android version of the Orbi app uses my fingerprint.)
