RBK53S: Logon Time Out Error Message on App

I have the RBK53S (AC3000) Mesh wifi system.

ORBI was working fine until a week ago.  I am not able to log into the Admin account on the ORBI app.

"Logon time out" error message received continuously.

Have already tried:

1. Deleting and reinstalling ORBI app on my phone

2. Factory Reset on the RBK53S Router

3. New install

Same problem, as I am requested to log into the Admin account in phone, I receive the "Logon timed out" error message.

Please Help

I tried connecting to the Orbi RBK53S through my computer web browser using 192.168.1.1

However, this connected me to my ISP modem/router.  If I turn off my ISP modem/router than I have no internet access on my computer.

I tried logging in through the Orbi app on my phone, but still receive the "Logon time out" error message.

      Please advise.

You'll need to get with your ISP and have them help you with the ISP modem/Router.

If your ISP Modem already has a built in router and wifi. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT
        https://kb.netgear.com/30187/How-to-fix-issues-with-Double-NAT
        Couple of options,
        1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
        2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
        3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router.

        Try option #2 first...
