RBK852 can't speed test via orbi app but can speed test with other app
Hello My RBK852 just setup 11-10-2020. FW aleady updated. I can use the orbi speed test when just finised setup. However, i tryed to test again few hours later. it doesn't work. "Connection F...

The problem has nothing to do with the Orbi system. It is an IOS issue with the app. Make sure you are running the latest IOS, then reset your network and re-join the WIFI. You may have to uninstall and reinstall the Orbi app and reinstall it.
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Has a power off for 1 minute then back on been performed since last update?
What browser are you using? Try a different browser.

Are you able to run the Speedtest under the QOS section of the Web based GUI?
