RBK853 Cannot Communicate through Orbi APP, but Wifi is connected properly. (out of control)
Currently, I am using RBK853 (RBR850 + 2 satellites). suddenly, my Orbi system cannot find from Smartphone App, and out of control. but, Still I Can use Wifi properly. I remove product from APP...
We've seen a lot of reports of this lately.
most users can still log in through the browser method. (and some have chosen to take that route to see if an app update will fix it)
If you're on ios, disable icloud relay and private ip/mac address.
Some users have needed to factory reset to get back in using the app.
Still my connection is not working, system refuse to connect. like below..
I have no idea.. totally out of control.
funny thing is, Still i am in connection with WIFI.
There's been a ton of posts. Some have factory reset and got it working. Others have just decided to ride it out and see if the next update (either to app or router) fixes the issue.
