RBR 50 -- Smart parental Controls option gone from Orbi app

Jeez I went out for 40 minutes, came home, reloaded the Orbi app (I'm on 2.42.1.16 btw) on my iPhone (which I'd done many times already) and lo and behold the Parental Controls option has miraculously returned.
I'm a former TSE (Novell) so I know a lot of you will be saying 'yeah, right' !
...but seriously I did nothing . . . maybe my phone lost the connection to the RBR50 just as I was rummaging around the options . . .maybe NG had a glitch on their subscriptions server backend just as I was doing this.
We'll never know!
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch using the Orbi app been performed since last update?

Maybe some back end Orbi app/SPC services issues as well. Glad it's working now.
Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
