RBR 750
My satellites appear to have been synched but show as offline in orbi app. How do u tell if they are working properly?
Are they appearing as synced and connected on the RBRs web page?
They appear connected in the orbi app but do not know if they are also synced. In the app it says they r offline.
What does it look like on the RBRs web page under Connected Devices?
- They appear to be connected in the system but when I go into the satellites, they say no connected devices found and show as offline.
Can you post a screen capture of the RBS web page?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
