RBR20 Orbi 3 band Mesh connecting to a 2.4G Arlo Doorbell to separate band
I have an Orbi RBR 20 3 band Mesh system. I recently upgraded the non Orbi Modem to 5G and I cannot connect an Arlo video doorbell to to the Orbi system . The Arlo doorbell only can connect with 2.4 ...

Please explain this in more detail. What modem was being used before and what is the new modem?
If the Arlo doorbell was connected to the Orbi WiFi system before the modem upgrade, it should remain connected.
