It is often useful to know which platform the Orbi app is running on. (Apple or Android?)
Android. I am a total ludite when it comes to these technical issues and gadgets. I had to get someone to come in and setup the Orbi system because I couldn't get it to work when I tried. I don't really understand how the router and the SIP modem 'talk to each other' and am generally to scared to even reboot the system in case I lose connection.
