RBR40 satellites not showing in the app any longer

Question

The satellites are apparently connected to the router because I have a hub connected to one of them and it still works. But they don’t show up in the app under the network map. Only the main router showed up. Also I keep having intermittent internet outages, I believe this is a separate provider issue but I’m not sure.
