Hi PhilBeard,
You may need to factory reset the Orbi router by holding down on the reset button for 15+ seconds. You will need to run through the setup assistant again.

Thanks. I tried both but neither solved the problem.

Christian, thanks for taking the time to respond. I finally resolved the problem by doing something I should have tried early in the process; i.e., I power cycled the router. Given how common and how simple the solution turned out to be I'm feeling pretty dumb for not having tried it before turning to the community. Thanks again for your suggestions.

- WallStWizKidApr 09, 2020AspirantYou mentioned you “power cycled” the router and that solved the problem. Did you mean you got a safety pin and hit the reset button for a few seconds? The reason why I ask is I’m having the same issue. Never had a problem and all of a sudden my Router will not connect with my internet yet my satellites are connecting to my Router ok.

I unplugged the router, waited 60 seconds, then plugged it back in. After it rebooted all was well. Good luck.
