RBR750 - App shows router with purple light while satellites are green and internet is connected

When I access the network via the app, I receive an error message stating that I cannot connect to the router.  The dot color by the router icon is purple.  However, internet is functioning and the satellites' icons are green with devices connected.  Further, wired connections to the router are functioning normally.  The error prevents me from accessing the router to update firmware, etc.

Any input on how to resolve this issue?
