RBR750 speedtest on app not working
I purchased the Orbi router with great expectations and the app showed the internet speed for a few weeks and then started saying it could not connect to the router. I talked with the customer support (absolutely horrible experience) and they could not advise how to fix it. They sent a new router and it worked for a few days, then the same problem occurred. Keep saying cannot connect. After paying nearly 700 for the router and 3 satellites. One would expect a product that works and great customer service.
