RBR750 unable to access via app
Hey community, I know this is an old issue at this point, but I still have been unable to connect to my orbi via wifi/orbi app even after multiple power cycles and resets. I was hoping it would eventually get a patch pushed and be fixed automatically but that is not the case and I am tired of not being able to access/manage my device.
Are there any steps to fix the issue that folks know of? Similar to this issue previously discussed -https://www.reddit.com/r/orbi/comments/uwhgcp/netgear_is_rolling_out_a_fix_for_an_issue/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf

What happens when you try to connect?
Can you not access the RBRs web page at 192.168.1.1 using a wired PC and any web browser after pressing the Reset button for 15 seconds then release? I would disconnect the RBR from the ISP modem/ONT before you do this.
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. That issue has been long fixed reported in that reddit.
