Hello there,   this forum is sort of my last hope. I purchased an Orbi RBR50 about 60 months ago. After roughly a day, the orbi app would stop working and tell me I'm not connected to the network...

May you let us know the current Orbi app version and whether your phone is on iOS 14 or not or if you have an android?
