RBS50 and RBW30 show offline in iPhone app
Having poor connectivity today so looked at the Orbi app... both satellites showed disconnected. So I unplugged and went through synchronized procedure; got the blue light. However they still show disconnected in the app, but show connected on the web interface. I’m ignoring the app for now but it’d be nice to have app agree with web.

This is a Orbi App issue. I would post about this in the Orbi app forum here:

If you have reset the RBR and RBS and setup from scratch, uninstalled the orbi app then re-installed the app and walked thru a new setup routine in the app, this may help.
